Cable Technician

Position: Cable Technician

Working schedule: 8am – 5pm
We seek a Cable Technician in Brooklyn, Bronx, Long Island, or NJ for our client WIFIRE.
Responsibilities:
● Provide customer service and support during field visits and tie workflow to schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
● Manage all on-site installation, maintenance, repairs and testing tasks to ensure proper documentation of all related processes.
● Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper solutions to produce timely and detailed service reports.
● Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
● Contractors must follow safety guidelines and provide their own Vehicle (can also rent from us), Tools & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
● Must be able to pass the Background check and Drug test.
● Must have a valid Driver License and Social Security Card or ITIN.
● Own Vehicle (pick up truck or minivan, SUV).
● English B1 (Intermediate) or better.
If a candidate doesn’t have experience, the company provides training.
Trial period: 3 months
Salary: Payment depends on production, on average inexperienced tech make $1000-$1200
per week and experienced $1500- $2500 per week
